FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can bring any food or drink items you like, however all items must be kept in the party room. Please Note: Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles and tobacco products are NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.
2. What time can we arrive prior to party time?
Per the contract: Set up time is allowed no more than 5 minutes before the reserved rental time.
Since our Celebrations Specialist is there to do all the set-up for you anyway there really is no need for you to arrive any earlier. Plus, we want to make sure everyone from swim lessons and open swim is out of the building and that everything is clean prior to your arrival so that you have exclusive use of the entire facility.
3. What is the schedule of the party?
Upon arrival, the kids will swim first for an hour and 15 minutes, then they will shower & change. After this, they will go into the party room for cupcakes and presents. The party is only 2 hours long, so the faster the kids shower & change the more time they have in the party room.
4. I don’t understand how the adults factor in with the extra fees?
Swimmers equal adults and kids. So if you have 20 or more people in the pool then we need to hire an additional lifeguard which is an extra $40.00 fee. The party package covers 15 kids. If you have more than 15 kids, there is a charge of $12 per additional child.
